Wine and Cheese !!!

The wine-cheese possibilities are endless, but right now Camembert is on my mind.

Do you want to surprise your friends ?

Baked Camembert is a dip with a difference. So quick, so easy, so delicious.

 

 

Camembert & Endives

Ingredients for 4 serves:

  • 300 g Camembert in a box
  • 6 endives
  • french bread, for dipping
  • Herbs
  1. Set the oven to 180°C. Take the cheese out of the box and remove the wrapping. Cut a large cross through the top of the cheese. Place the cheese back in the box and tie some string tightly round the box to keep it intact. Do so, we didn’t do it and we had a bit of a surprise 😉  Put the lid back on.
    Place it on the oven and cook for 10- 12 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven, take off the lid. Place on a board or platter. Sprinkle with herbs.
  3. Open the endives leafs and wash with cold water, dry well . Place the leaves around the cheese along with some french bread.

 

Pour a glass of CAVA and enjoy the night.
