Tasting Notes: straw yellow colour with steel hints reflections.
Fruity aromas of hight intensity with the presence of ripe fruits like pear and melon on a background of mediterranean herbs like fennel.
The palate is creamy and unctuous, with body, but at the same time maintains its freshness. Slightly bitter finish, typical of the variety that gives a long persistence.
Pairing: all kinds of fish, shellfish, semi-mature cheese, white meat, rice dishes …
