Palate-coating and savoury, fresh and lively with a crisp acidity. Concentrated flavours of apple and peach and remembrances of citrus and aromatic herbs. Medium finish with some mineral notes.
Ideal to enjoy as aperitif, starters, creams, poultry meat, rice, fish and shellfish.
