Tasting Notes: The color of this Cava can best be described as moonlight yellow.
The intense bouquet emphasises the ageing characteristics by uncovering aromas of dried fruits and spices. On the background we notice aromas of orchards fruits.
Dry and creamy in the mouth. This Cava reveals an excellent combination of sweet flavours and subtle fruity notes.
