A very common spanish or portuguese beverage served at bars, cocktail bars and restaurants mainly during summer time.
Sangría is named after the Spanish and Portuguese word for “blood” (sangre) because of its typical dark-red color, but in this case we are going to see how to make a light pale yellow color sangría made of cava instead of red wine.
